Who we are
From Isabelle’s began with a simple idea: everyday foods should feel a little more special. Inspired by the fresh cheeses found in France, we set out to create a spread that was just as indulgent as cream cheese, but lighter and better for you.
Our fromage blanc is made at a small dairy farm in Cambria, California. From there, we blend it in small batches with thoughtfully chosen ingredients like fig jam, peppers, and spices to create unique and versatile flavors.
Naturally light and fresh, fromage blanc has about half the calories of traditional cream cheese while still delivering the rich, creamy texture people love. The result is a cheese that feels both indulgent and balanced — perfect for spreading on warm bread, pairing with fruit, or using in your favorite recipes.
